On August 29, 2026, the Cleveland Orchestra and Franz Welser-Möst celebrated the final concert at Blossom Music Festival with him as Music Director by featuring works of Richard Strauss and Wolfgang A. Mozart and by bringing the Viennese music tradition of the Strauss Dynasty to Blossom.
